Makakilo Bible Church has a number of small groups we call "Family Groups," which meet in various places all over the island, once a week, for fellowship and accountability. Most Family Groups are multi-generational, but we also offer some life-stage specific groups. A normal family group will gather some time in the evening, sing, pray, and go through an application sheet from the sermon preached the previous Sunday. We feel this activity is so vital to a Christian's walk that we ask all church members to be involved in a group if they are physically able. The size of these groups range from 5 to 35 people. Children are encouraged to attend and be a part of this very important time of fellowship and growth.
